Calindagan, boasting a population of 11,000, stands as one of the largest barangays in Dumaguete City. However, during the day, its population swells significantly due to the presence of Dumaguete’s only mall – Robinsons Place – along with several schools and BPO companies such as Teletech. Nestled along the coast, Calindagan shares its southern and western borders with Magnao and Tabuc-Tubig. To the south and west, Tanon Strait and Banica River serve as the natural boundaries of this bustling barangay.
